Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate Accounts, mqwin will close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including real-money and bonus funds. Any winnings generated from duplicate Accounts will be declared void.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. mqwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify mqwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Your mqwin Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an Account will render the Account immediately liable to permanent suspension.
In compliance with its international gaming license and applicable anti-money-laundering obligations, mqwin is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, at the point of a first withdrawal request, or at any other time that mqwin deems appropriate.

In the event of permanent Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account will be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach — including voluntary closure by the Player — any verified, withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
